I'm so impressed with Charlie's. They were able to get my husband's car in quickly and kept us up to date on the repair. They gave me a price... to the penny... before they even started. Their shop is clean, they are prompt, and they communicate well. They also helped me with my other vehicle even when I just dropped in, & they didn't charge me for that quick visit. We will be returning. Thank you, Charlie's, for being honest, fast, helpful, and kind!

Other than the apparently bad day the tech that completed my emissions test was having, the visit was great!! As it has always been. Better day next time hopefully for the tech. Thanks!!!

Gee, I can't believe I forgot to put in a review by now! Charlie's welded my exhaust, and it's held! They were easy to drop with, and were very reasonably priced..and finished right when they said they would. It's been many months and different temperature changes and it's holding, thank you! :)
