Honestly, they were awesome. Very kind and accommodating. They did a quote up front and then check my car before actually proceeding with the things that needed to be done. That was nice because they still gave me notice to make a decision on if I wanted to follow through with it. Very happy with my experience. A service place you can actually trust. My cars engine was blown and so I decided to junk it so It really helped that they were understanding and allowed me to leave my car briefly while I tried to find someone to tow it. Definitely recommend.

Over the years I've entrusted Charlie's to take care of 4-5 different vehicles. The people here have always been very friendly, fixed any problem I've had and the price has never been more than the quote. Once even less. They've earned this old lady's trust! 😀

They did an oil change. And was pleased with this service. They also noticed a top brake light was not working. They asked and I let them repair that. They are the best.
