The office knew my trailer is my home, and they schedule me for the winter to check for leaks on the tanks, after waiting for 2 month I drove my trailer to the shop I was parked on their lot, and they gave me power while getting fix, so I could stay. After 3 days of waiting on their lot, they came to tell me they couldn't check for leaks with the trailer is parked outside because of the cold weather. They need to bring the trailer inside of the shop to test and look for the leaks. But, I couldn't stay in the trailer while in the shop! Their suggestions to go to a hotel. I asked how soon would be the trailer in the shop? Thinking next day or so! They couldn't even give me a date to when they could bring the trailer inside of the shop! So, their options were wait till the summer or to pay for a hotel, and stay there until the trailer was getting fix! That could be 1, 2, 4, weeks? They didn't know!! They couldn't give e me a time frame!! I was so upset! felt played by the them! It seem that one hand doesn't know what is the other hand doing!! Scheduling that kind of work on the winter knowingly the trailer is my home!! Was unprofessional, and inconsiderate, they behaved as it was the first time doing that type of work, like total newbies in the business! I had rearranged everything for months to be played! In top of that slap in the face I had to paid $200 for a diagnosis that it was "we can't check anything because of the winter season " that cost me $200. When they schedule you for something, your assumption it's they have the time to address your issues? Not in this shop! It was like hurry up and wait! Very, very disappointed. I would not recommend this shop to someone that value their time!
Reina, I am sorry you feel this way. It is not ethical to put you ahead of others appointments so we apologize that we could not meet your prefer date to get in, unless we had a cancellation we cannot put you ahead of others. We could have repaired the leaks on your trailer but could not do that without you getting a hotel for a bit while the trailer was inside the shop for repairs. We needed to get the trailer inside the shop to complete the repairs properly, and you declined these repairs because of funding. So, again I am sorry that you were disappointed with your experience with us because we try very hard to meet our customers needs.
