Had a brake controller that wasn’t functioning. The service mechanic took the time to tell me the workings of it and put everything in working order. Was very happy for the information and operation of my controller.

Jeff and the crew at Charlie's were so great at diagnosing what was wrong with my car, laying out best and worst case scenarios (had a cracked exhaust manifold that needed to be replaced), and kept me up to speed with each step and when there was further issues. Fast services and did not make me feel like they were "finding issues". Thank you guys!! You were a big help!

Brought my motorhome in to have repairs on the front completed. They repaired it a few week earlyer so i could use it for schduled trip i wanted to take. Now all work is completed. They have been outstanding to work with and the quality of theyre work excitent.

Everything ended with a great job done and very friendly. All was done without cost ad it was warranty work and parts paid by the Tetdford company. Good job guys...
