The folks at Charlie's are great. They squeezed me in to put my pickup on the lift to diagnose the problem. The technician advised me about how not to drive until the repair is made. They got me an appointment within 2 days.

Great service. Thanks! However, your customer's bathroom has been out of order for 2 months. This doesn't reflect well on your business.

Unfortunately, we have experience multiple issues with other customers damaging our public restroom to the point of several closures the last few months. I didn't have an appointment and the service desk manager took my info and my car was in, emissions inspected and out in about 15 minutes. Excellent service. Thanks, Charlie's.
