Our experience with Charlie’s started online. Their web presence was striking and inspired confidence to call. Our call was answered by a clear caring communicator. Our concerns were quickly understood and we were welcome to show up for analysis the same day. Oh I forgot to mention we were in a motorhome (in the middle of a trip). We hustled in to make the appointment. In short order our issues were diagnosed and a plan was prepared to make the repairs. In the end the final price was significantly less than the estimate and time frame was less than estimated.
