I had a vehicle that was needing a repair. I asked the girl over the phone if they did any kind of payment plan. She was very nice and said she would have the owner call me back. The owner "mandy" called me back and. Started to yell at me. She told me she wasn't a bank and didnt do charity work. She wouldn't t even let me get a word in. And then said in fact. We don't want your business and for me to come and get my vehicle! Really? All she had to say was No.. Seriously rude service from an owner.
I apologize if I came across rude that was not my intention. I never said we don't participate in charities! I did say we are not a bank. You asked our shop to take $100 payments for 36 months on a $4,000 plus repair. We do repairs properly and correctly and you told us no on the oil change and A/C charge, those are required services for this type of repair due to possible contamination. We did not charge you diagnostic fee. Disclosing your clients personal financial information was deeply unnecessary and concerning. Our job as a shop is to diagnose and repair vehicles. Charity type work (donations) require a written letter to management and not demanding it. Thank you for letting me know that I came across rude and I hope you can accept my apology.
