I have always used Charlie's when in the area.. As always great service. Quick Oil Change and review. They found several other problems, but I was not in a position to wait for repairs. We get repairs on the road.

Really appreciate these guys, they find the problem & fix it. Prices are reasonable & everyone I’ve dealt with here is great to work with. I will continue to recommend them to others.

Charlie's did a good job of diagnosing and repairing a faulty fuel pump on my motorhome. For that I will give them 4.5 stars. However, when I picked up the motorhome I noticed a path of dirt and grease on the carpet from the motorhome side door to the driver's seat (about 12 ft.) and dirt and grease on the driver's seat. Obviously the technician had been in and out of the motorhome several times and tracked dirt and grease from his shoes, during the 2 weeks it was at Charlie's. Now I have to pay for stain removal and carpet and upholstery cleaning to get it back to the level of clean it was before I had them work on it. I would expect at $150 / hr. for labor that Charlie's would put a plastic covering over the seat and some sort of plastic carpet protector on the carpet to protect it from all of the dirt and grease on the technician's shoes and clothes. Service prices are high, service professionalism is not in this case.
