I had the best experience at Charlie's, the beginning of my 3 week vacation in August which I was going to use my trailer the whole trip. I ran into some water issues so I called them and they told me to bring it by on my way back into town. They got me in right away, I thought the rest of my trip would have to be cancelled but it turned out to be something minor and they had it fixed with in a couple of hours. Thank you for taking care of me so fast, I was able to finish my vacation.

They were close to my house so I could walk home while they had my vehicle. They were polite and knowledgeable and got the work done in a speedy manner so I wasn't without a vehicle for very long. Plus they had a 25.00 off coupon for new customers! I recommend them for your automotive repair needs!

Awesome service-exceeded expectations

We were very glad to find Charlies, after having bad luck in Las Vegas and St. George with Camping World and then again in Layton, after moving here from LV. Camping World was the only game in town in LV, so we were at their mercy. It has been very refreshing to find Charlies and they solved all ,of our problems at reasonable prices.

Had an A/C hose replaced and they put way too much sealant in which in turn ended up clogging my system and ruining my A/C compressor. Tried confronting them and all I was told was there was no warranty on the part I provided which had nothing to do with the problem. Now they just ignore me and refuse to give me my money back don't ever go there.
