Took my jeep there 2 get a diagnostic noticed on the list they said my hood latch & cable needed to be replaced. I asked the lady on the phone what did they mean by that bc it worked just fine the day before. & she said it could be a fray or a week spot in the cable. Then when i pick it up notice that my latch & cable is hanging out. Call them that monday let em know it wasnt broke b4. Lady said she will run it by upper management. Keep calling back to see whats up. 3 wks later get a call saying they 100% responsable gor it & will only cover the labor..not kool
