I called, talked with Jeff. Made my appt, I got an email first with what the mechanic found, there were photos in the email, helped me see the severity of my problem. I was then called by Jeff and we discussed my repairs to be done and was given an estimate. Repairs were done and was called by Jeff again letting me know my car was done.
