They are the kindest people, and have great customer service! Always greeted with a genuine smile from everyone. I bought a really old truck to use and abuse, and they were the only shop around who didn't charge me to read my check engine light codes. They gave me a great quote on the parts and labor to pass inspection, but I did it myself because I turn wrenches for a living. I came back a couple days later to get my inspection, and they gave it to me free because I'm in the military! I feel bad for practically ripping this place off, but if anything comes up where I need a major repair I'll definitely come here. Highly recommend this shop, and I already told a bunch of my friends to use this place.

HONEST, reliable and really helped us out of a jam. We full-time in our RV, but after a minor accident, we had to move out of the RV for the work to be completed. Charlie's tries to help out full-time RVers, so they put our rig before a llllooonnnnggg line of RVs waiting for work to get ours completed and us back into our home. The tech gave us his personal cell number and we were able to call and check in. We have gone to some pretty shady RV repair places - but Charlie's is NOT underhanded. Kevin and Justin are rock stars. Thank you for getting us back in our home and back on the road!

Well I can say that my faith in the mechanic world has been restored. I took my truck in for some much-needed exhaust work, which is tricky and above my level, and my expectations were definitely exceeded. The quote was $224 cheaper than any competitor and what they quoted me is exactly what I paid. I really appreciated the fact that they were willing to give me a ride home and pick me up. The shop manager was on demand when it came to my questions and concerns and I'm glad they stuck to their word on schedule too. Honestly what bugs me the most is thinking back on all the horrible feelings I've had leaving other mechanics throughout the years. Thank you Charlie's, it's nice to experience some honesty when it comes to my hard earned dollars. A+

There is not a place that I know of that offers better service then Charlie's Service Center. They treat you like family and not just a customer. I am so glad I have found such a place in Utah!

BEST RV and Auto service center in the valley PERIOD!

I went in for a clean custom dual exhaust and asked that the manager perform the work because he was supposed to be the best at it. Instead I payed 400 plus dollars for some young kid to do a horrible job with leaking booger welds and my tips were unlevel by 2 inches. Don't get exhaust work done here.

All i needed was a run through of my water system because the pump stopped working and i needed new side view mirrors. They gave me a cattilog to go through and one 2 orderd in. Well they had me wait a month out to get me in for all the install and repair. When i got there on my day they gave my spot away and they miss placed my side view mirrors. I waisted an entire month for nothing!!! They didnt try to fix it or anything other then have me go through the hole prosses again and another month.

I rolled into town with the rear Differential on my jeep leaking excessively. My friend recommended Charlie's and I was not disappointed. They were quick and charged me $100 less than their quoted estimate. I drove over 1000 miles in the next 2 days, and there was not another drop. I could not be happier with there service
